I booked the broadband connection

I booked the broadband connection on 18/4/06 for plan 3000.vide app.no 1512377. But you treated me unlimited and exhausted in one month. after complaining for one month continuously ,i got it.complaing is very boring costly that it loses the charm of int.now it is dead since 22/8/06.complaints are only fawarded but action is not expected in time.

Your engineer visited my place yesterday – could not start my pc .
I reached home in 2 hours – and it started fine ! What should I make of that ?
Besides that , I must thank you for upgrading validity till sep 8 th ’06 , As you could not give service in the valid time period !
Your net gave me error 691 and error 692 , and connected for a few minutes only !
The net is still down after 2 weeks and hope you all are still at VSNL !
What excuse today ????

Jasleen – as I understand that nothing can be done till Tuesday , what should I make out of VSNL , as the same apathy is continuing since months !
Mudit – Given that there are so many excuses for not giving proper service – why not refund the amount to me and part ways ?

As a customer , I am completely dissatisfied . Paying for a month and getting service for half is not what I expect .
Your services are not able to meet , even the basic requirements .
This has been going on for 10 months now , and apart from empty words , little has been done .
What explanations do you have to offer?
