my id ajaydharia@vsnlnet.i live mumbai borivali west i used tata net last 18months my connection prepaid.here is net conectivity problem. in 18 months i complaint more then 100 time but my problem can not be solve. i get vsnl net bcs i trust name of TATA BUT NOW MY EXPIRIANCE TOO BAD, NOW I USE TATA BROADBAND BCS THEY ARE MONOPOLY IN OUR AREA. MTNL BROADBAND NOT AVAILABLE .SO I USE TATA BUT TATA MARE CHATA TO CUSTOMER.
my experience with using internet of VSNL ANARONLINE IN SURAT .....
ANARONLINE is one kind of good company i think 1st....but then after seen that everyone are FAKE in that company...say something and do something....
i got my money back... but i am alone at that time..that's y ANARONLINE don't give me good servic and they cut service tex of something 12 to 14 % tex .....
i m continue waste my lot's of money means i think 2000 Rs for call to customercare of anaronline .
and also visit them office continue 2 month everyday...
everyday i have complain.. IN 5 minutes them connection is lost..
i suffered atleast 5 month from this connection.. At that time my last year of engineering pass. my seminar + project + my time every lost... i can not finish my seminar on time. and i think i am very suffred menatlly + this technically problem via ANARONLINE CUSTOMER CARE department..
whenever i m gone in office at that time one old guy (who is called himself of ANARONLINE manager) smoke in office and throw smoke on my face.. i think he try to make me afraid.....mostly they can not give me good speed as my pacakage....
i got download speed 2 to 3 kbps at 64kbps pacakage at that time...
but actual download speed is always divided by 8 means 64/8= 8 kbps.but me got 2 to 3 kbps....
i loss my money 4500-1760 =2740 Rs in 4 or 5 month.
i got my money back very little amount and i think that if i fight with them then at last i can not get any dicesion at last.becaz VSNL is a big company....
they all are very mentally haraze me at that time ........
+ i think that i give money for mentally harazement.
once day ANARONLINE people once again come to home with new PLAN in VSNL after 6 to 7 month...
i think take once again...
once again same thing...
i take 96-256kbps combo plan....
i got speed for 1 month....that's good...means they give good speed for 1st month... then after they never take care of that customer.
i think because of moneyback policy they give good speed for 1 month..
but after 1 month, we didnot got good speed .. or if we not use internet for 3 to 4 days then surely call to customercare for 15 to 20 minutes for online changing procedure...means they take service tax and never call back us.. they become slient at that time when they have time to give service...
they just interested that how to convey with them talk.....whatever they say that true and every technical talk is just fake infront of them ... if they say you got 13 KBPS dowanload speed for 256 kbps and then after technically department told that you got 256/8=32kbps download speed ....
instead of 32kbps i got 7 to 13 kbps varing download speed...
they just want to sell INTERNET CONNECTION...but don't want to give any service single customer....
they just want to give good service to any cyber cafe or any big customer who paid 50000rs to 5 lakhs rupees .. i think they are GOD for them and me just VIRUS for them ......
i don't know how ANARONLINE(VSNL) company give them connection to anyother city...
BUT in surat ANARONLINE (VSNL) is just find home users for earning money without service (internet+customercare service)
whatever i writedown is just whatever i got experience from using this connection

If my problem is not short out I will lodge the case against your company in consumer court as well as in normal court for mental harrassment I am getting due to this.
