TATA/VSNL sucks
TATA/VSNL sucks….here is my experience.
I am from Pune. I have a prepaid TATA broadband connection at home. My connection was down for almost 4 months and after a lot of call and abuses these bugger fixed the line and now the connection validity has expired but these idiots are not giving the extension. I am just chasing up.
Its really TATA (goodbye).

Hell of the services it has been giving. Just ask for your money and leave it. BSNL and Reliance are doing better. Or else go for GPRS services of your mobile. It may cost you more at times, but it works better. TATA-VSNL service is the most hopeless experience one on this planet. The day is no longer when they will have to close down their shutters and look for some else business.
Can we do one thing? I have a huge database of email addresses in my record and at least we can prevent them from expanding anymore. TATA VSNL has already fooled many people like us but we can prevent them from expanding their horizons. This will definitely help alot in pulling down their shutters. Howz' that?
i am very fed up of this service
they had told me to give 2mbps speed
but currently i am getting speed of 10 k bps what can i do ..if i call to engineers they will not talk properly

yes , i m also agree with u.Tata service is not good.bcus nowday i have exame and i call many time customer care but nobody come still 4 days.and they do not provide extension.

I would disagree... I am using Tata Broadband for more than 1.5 years now and had excellent service. I only had problems a couple of time and each time when I called up, the engineer was at my place within an hour of calling!!! That's AMAZING customer service...
Also, the downloads speeds have always been close to 2Mbps (254KBps..Remember 1Byte=8bits..the conversion applies..).
I know it can be disheartening when you dont get good service for the money u shed..but for me TATA Indicom Broadband rocks!!!!

If my problem is not short out I will lodge the case against your company in consumer court as well as in normal court for mental harrassment I am getting due to this.

i am using Tata Photon+ 3.1 Mbps and getting speed 0.1 Mbps. I registered complain no. of times and prooved the same speed at Ravet, Chakan, Pimpari & Thermax chowk , but no response since 3 months. Finally after pussing from all the sides, I got response that TATA can not provide speed more than this in my areas, but will charge the same amount ? Can we call this open fraud of TATA ?
