IS TAKEN BY YOU. THOUGH THE MATTER IS MORE THAN THREE MONTHS OLD YOU ARE VERY PROMPT IN SENDING THE BILL AND YESTERDAY I
HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER ALSO FROM YOU INSTEAD IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN VICE VERSA.

Hey, I applied for the VSNL BROADBAND and there is no one from their end till
date (after 20 days) of getting the money!!! These cusotmer help desk answers
are f**king!!! BSNL nowadays shows more respect and customer service, VSNL
stands to loose the game if they are going to continue this pathetic state of
CRM!!! Also their contact numbers given in their website seems to be outdated (Try
calling Bangalore contact number and you will get BSNL voice message asking u to
check the number!!!) HARI
