i have unfortunatly become the customer of vsnl nbroad band
i have unfortunatly become the customer of vsnl nbroad band,i got the connection prepaid on 24th july it woked very well at that time but soon it went off with the engineer who installed.i made complait to customer service they promise with in 24 hrs it will all right but even after daily calling several times it is is not up,even till now nobody came or even called.

haha. You are DEAD man. BIG MISTAKE to sign up with Tata Indicom Broadband !! They will take a month or 2 to set up the connection and after that the connection will keep dropping frequently. And once your link is down for a couple of days, it will take you at least 1 month to get it back !! HAHA. TATA INDICOM BROADBAND SUCKS BIGTIME !!! Their customer service guys are a bunch of jokers
