We took a VSNL broad band ,it worked for one day and after that for seven days now no one is responding ,this is also the position with others in the area who took VSNL

I have purchase my domain fromyou which is valid till 16.03.11 & hosting is valid till 16.03.14 kindly refund the amount if not possible please credit the amount to my broadband account as everyday I have to complain. I have complain on 14.08.10 my complain no. 12722992 20.08.10 complain no. 12754698 If my problem is not short out I will lodge the case against your company in consumer court as well as in normal court for mental harrassment I am getting due to this. I am trying to get the mail ID of chairman to send this mail that this company is shame for your brand.
Tata is cheater now be carefull to purchase any Tata product say Ta ta to tata as Ratan Tata is also fed with Tata cause of this he is also telling Ta ta to Tata
